What is EQC Portal?
Features
Regulations, CS and AMC&GM
Access to EASA regulations, being able to filter, among many other options, by the latest published regulations or the regulations already published but not yet in force.
Summary Report
From Improved Climb we develop a summary report with official information of the published regulations so that they are more easily evaluated by the organization. These reports can be downloaded from the platform.
Assessments
The platform allows your organisation's users to dynamically comment on or evaluate each regulation, with a record of these comments and evaluations.
Entry into force
Information on Regulations, CS and AMC&GM already published that have not entered full into force, as well as the list of pending requirements.
Rulemaking
The Organisation will be able to access the NPAs and see the status of each one of them, being able to visualise in a simple way those NPAs that may affect it and the possible impact on the activity.
Comments
The platform allows users in your organisation to comment on and evaluate each NPA according to each user's permission.
Safety Information Bulletins (SIB)
Access the EASA Safety Information Bulletins (SIB) and evaluate the impact it has on your organisation.
Your users will be able to comment on the changes that will be necessary in the organisation.
Notifications
Emails
Be informed in real time of any changes to the rules that may affect you.
Users of the platform will receive an email when:
- A regulation, CS or AMC&GM is published.
- Requirements of already published standards come into force.
- An NPA has changed status (consultation period, published opinion, approved opinion, etc.).
- A SIB is published or a SIB enters into force if the date is different.
Bulletins
Additionally, Improved Climb develop a monthly bulletin that can be downloaded from the platform where the regulatory changes that have occurred in the previous month are collected in detail.
Configurable users and roles
The platform allows assign different roles to the users:
Administrator: They can Evaluate and view the comments of all users.
Manager: They can view the comments of the users in their department.
Advanced User: They can comment on the standards, NPAs and SIBs published on the platform. They can only view their own comments.
Standard User: No access to comments
Evaluation and Comments
Allows the evaluation and commenting of regulations, NPAs and SIBs.
These can be evaluated depending on user role permissions by classifying them according to:
- Assessment - Whether or not the assessment has been initiated.
- Affect - Whether or not it affects the organisation.
- Change Status - In the case that it affects the regulation, NPA or SIB, the status of the change management is published (In progress, Finished, Initiated...).
Security
Each user is identified by their username and password.
Backups are done regularly.
Each Organisation has its own data base.
